Shipments delivered outside the US may be subject to additional charges or fees assessed by your local customs department. FireFillyLingerie makes every attempt to keep shipping fees as low as possible while meeting the lawful requirements of international customs, but assumes no responsibility for any additional fees assessed by any customs entity.

Returns 

Have confidence in ordering with FireFillyLingerie.com. If you are dissatisfied with any of our products, you may return the item for a full refund or exchange within 14 days of receiving the lingerie less shipping costs. In the event that you need to return a product, please contact us for return instructions. Returns on items will be accepted within 14 days and a refund will be credited back to your credit card minus any shipping, handling or freight charges.  All items must be returned unworn, unwashed in restockable condition with all tags attached and with the packing slip. 

Please note, we cannot accept returns on panties, thongs and similar intimate items due to hygiene regulations.

Warranties

All Items, if any, are warranted directly by the manufacturer. No other warranty either expressed or implied, is offered by FireFillyLingerie.  FireFillyLingerie is not responsible for normal wear & tear, abuse, or mistreatment of item(s). Items which are reported defective within 14 days of receipt will be replaced or if requested, a refund will be issued.  Claims reported after 14 days of receipt for any defects may be replaced or repaired at the discretion of FireFillyLingerie.

BackOrders

In the instance that an item is on backorder after you have placed an order with us, we will notify you within 48 hours of the order and find the best resolution for the order.

Cancellations

Since we attempt to ship orders within 24 hours, cancellation of an order must be received within 24 hours of the order being placed.  Shipping, handling and freight charges will apply to all orders shipped prior to our receiving your cancellation.  Please email support@firefillylingerie.com to cancel an order.
